How do you act when you don't get your way? Lets say you see a clear solution or direction and you know it will work, but you seem to be the only one on board with it? Do you act like a Christian or a spoiled brat?
I have to confess to you this morning that God is really working on me in this aspect of my life. I am one who really doesn't understand why it can't be a certain way. I used to get very discouraged when I could not convince others of the way I see it. I believe that I have been gifted with being a visionary and along with that comes dreaming. I dream big based on how I see it, and sometimes the devil gets on me. I get mad, talk about people, and spread stuff that has no business being talked about. I know that God has a plan for everything and that it will be worked out in His perfect time. I also believe God has put several people in my life who kinda keep me grounded and encourage me at the same time. They keep me moving in the direction, but at a slower pace with more people on board.
I don't always see this at the time it is happening, but as I look back over certain instances where I thought I was alone, I can clearly see how God worked it all out. God is at work in our lives, in our churches, in our communities, and it is when we lay down our agendas and accept His that we see the differences happen. Thank you God for being a God of second chances, for giving us the opportunity to get a do-over, and for the strength and humbleness to correct what we have messed up. Pray today for the courage to stand firm and the knowledge that God is with you and He will guide you if you let Him.
Have a Blessed Day!!!

Gal.6:9.... He is more than a God of second chances. He is an ever forgiving God that just nods His head and maybe smiles every now and then with the thought in mind, "OK, maybe they'll get it this time". It's kind of like Golf. We all start in the box aiming for the same hole. But it takes alot more tries for some of us than others. I don't believe it has anything to do with the wind or the blades of grass that aren't freshly cut. It has to do with our focus and stregnth at the time we tee off. I encourage you, Michael, you keep it up. God is definately with you and inspires you daily. Be blessed, brother...
Without dreams and aspirations we would be sitting still waiting. Michael, without your dream of "Facing the Giants" we wouldn't have had the last two AWESOME bible studies on Sunday nights that has helped me and hopefully others in so many ways that I cannot express. WHoleheartedness and Prayer without Doubt has made a ton of difference in the way that I have approached many things in the last few weeks. These dreams create opportunities that have residual outcomes in other areas that may not be tangible. Keep dreaming, we need that part in the body of the Church and other aspects of ministry. Be patient...God is working in lives because he has given you a talent to motivate based off of your dreams.
