Dark Meat

I love Thanksgiving for 2 reasons.....dark meat and the kick off to the Christmas season. Nothing says happy holidays quite like dark meat and I love Christmas music that will start, nonstop on the airways until (in some cases.....New Years Day).

Yes, it truly is my favorite time of the year and if I wasn't so busy around the house I would probably be a little giddy right now. I hope all of you can take time this week to be thankful. Just give thanks, be happy, and save the dark meat for me.

Good luck this week with all 40+ guest you will be entertaining for Thanksgiving. Make a big deal out of the reason we are giving Thanks.
