Yesterday, as it turns out, was not the best day to head back to the gym. Translation is that I didn't make it at all. I'm not giving up, I will try it again today. With the job I have it is real hard to get in any type of routine, because my day is constantly changing. There is no (work) constant from day to day.
Sounds a little like our walk with the Lord doesn't it. Sure, there are a few routines we can practice daily, but the pressure from the devil can come at us from different directions and catch us off guard all day. We have to be 100% all the time.
Bottom line....anything on any given day can happen, and it will happen, but it's how we handle those that make us who we are. I'm sure Ohio State didn't foresee a 41 - 14 loss to Florida 24 hours ago, but it happened.
Start everyday out with the Lord and make the day His, and you will be surprised at how you can handle the daily difficulties. I hope everyone puts on the armour of God today and everyday and joins the fight. It is a hard battle, but an eternal victory.
